Corporate Tax Senior – Cambridge (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Tax Senior to join our growing tax team in Cambridge. The role offers hybrid working and the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of SMEs and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring timely and accurate compliance work.
• Prepare and review Corporation Tax Returns for a wide range of businesses.
• Assist with advisory projects such as group restructures, capital allowances, R&D tax relief, share schemes and transactions.
• Provide tax planning advice and ensure compliance with UK tax legislation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact.
• Liaise with HMRC on client matters when required.
• Collaborate with managers, partners and other service lines on complex assignments.
• Mentor junior tax team members and stay up‑to‑date with legislative changes.

Required profile

• ATT, CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified or studying towards a relevant qualification.
• Experience in a UK accountancy practice specialising in corporate tax.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK corporation tax compliance.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a desire for continuous technical and professional development.
