Counter Balance Forklift Driver

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Counter Balance Forklift Driver to join a global food manufacturing client in Harlow. The role involves operating both counterbalance forklifts and powered pallet trucks on a rotating shift pattern, with immediate start and potential for overtime.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a counterbalance forklift safely to move, load, and unload goods.
• Use a Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) where required.
• Support production duties and assist with material handling in a manufacturing environment.
• Work rotating shifts, including early, late, and occasional night shifts.

Required profile

• Valid, in‑date Counterbalance Forklift licence.
• Experience with PPT operation (licence advantageous).
• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production setting.
• Willingness to support production tasks when needed.
• Ability to work rotating shift patterns.
