Counterbalance Forklift Driver (1‑week temporary)

About the role

Our client is looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to start immediately on a one‑week temporary assignment in Milton Keynes. You will be responsible for safely operating a counterbalance forklift to lift and position uprights, as well as performing basic drilling tasks such as unscrewing nuts and bolts where required. The role demands a high level of reliability and the ability to complete the short‑term project without interruption.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a counterbalance forklift to lift, move, and accurately place uprights on site, ensuring safe handling at all times.
• Utilise a drill to remove nuts and bolts, supporting the assembly or disassembly process as needed.
• Maintain a tidy and secure work area, adhering to all health and safety guidelines throughout the assignment.
• Commit to the full one‑week duration, delivering consistent performance from start to finish.

Required profile

• Valid counterbalance forklift licence.
• Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a similar environment.
• Willingness and ability to work the entire one‑week assignment without gaps.
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
