About the role
We are looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our Swindon warehouse team. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, and offers a stable hourly rate.
Key responsibilities
- Move palletised goods around the warehouse using a counterbalance forklift.
- Load and unload lorries and vans safely and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the team to lift and position items.
- Make independent decisions to meet tight deadlines when required.
Required profile
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy loads.
- Reliability and willingness to work both as part of a team and autonomously.
- Looking for a long‑term position, with the role becoming permanent after 12 weeks.
Required skills
- Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift.
What we offer
- £12.72 per hour.
- Standard working hours 08:00‑16:30, Monday‑Friday.
- Potential for permanent employment after an initial 12‑week period.
