Counterbalance Forklift Driver – Rotating Shifts

About the role

Insight Employment Ltd is looking for an accredited Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a leading white‑goods client in Wolverton. You will operate a counterbalance forklift within a busy warehouse, supporting daily stock movements and handling duties across rotating day and evening shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment.
• Load, unload, and transport goods, including appliances and household items.
• Utilise clamp attachments when required to handle specific loads.
• Perform general warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, and inventory checks.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area and adhere to health‑and‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Valid, up‑to‑date accredited forklift licence.
• Previous experience operating a forklift truck in a warehouse setting.
• Physical fitness to handle manual warehouse duties.
• Flexibility to work both morning (06:00‑14:00) and evening (14:00‑22:00) rotating shifts.
