About the role
Join a leading food production client in Bedford as a Counterbalance Forklift Production Line Operative. You will combine forklift expertise with hands‑on production line work, supporting daily output while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Operate counterbalance forklifts to move materials across the production area.
- Assist with tasks on the canning/production line, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Maintain accuracy in stock handling and documentation.
- Uphold health and safety procedures at all times.
Required profile
- Experience in a fast‑paced food production or canning line environment.
- Valid or expired counterbalance forklift licence (refresh possible).
- Ability to stand for long periods and operate machinery safely.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
