Counterbalance Gas‑Powered Forklift Driver

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Counterbalance Gas‑Powered Forklift Driver to join a fast‑paced packaging operation in Oldham. You will be responsible for safely moving, loading and unloading materials throughout the site.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a gas‑powered counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload goods from vehicles and transport them to storage areas, production lines or loading bays.
• Carry out daily safety checks on the forklift and report any issues.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.

Required profile

• Valid, in‑date Counterbalance FLT licence (gas powered).
• Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Full personal protective equipment (safety boots, hi‑vis vest, etc.).
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
• Reliable, punctual and a strong work ethic.

• Counterbalance forklift (gas powered) operation.
