Country Manager – United Kingdom

About the role

Canva is looking for a dynamic Country Manager to lead its United Kingdom market. You will own the overall user and revenue growth strategy, acting like a founder to identify and execute on the biggest opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a multi‑year growth plan to double MAUs and ARR within a year.
• Localise product, content, pricing and packaging to suit UK users across knowledge workers, SMBs, students, startups, NGOs and other sectors.
• Hire, inspire and coach a high‑performing in‑market team, setting high standards and collaborating with global specialty leads.
• Manage the UK budget with a frugal, founder‑mindset, maximizing impact across marketing, sales, product and finance.
• Act as the public face of Canva in the UK, representing the brand with press, PR, events and community initiatives.
• Build and nurture high‑value relationships with enterprise, education, government and partnership stakeholders.
