Court of Protection Solicitor – Exeter

About the role

We are seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our Exeter team, providing specialist advice under the Mental Capacity Act.

Key responsibilities

• Advise family members, care providers and professionals on Court of Protection matters.
• Support vulnerable adults, children and elderly clients with their health, welfare and financial affairs.
• Manage deputyships, trustee matters and other Court of Protection cases.
• Visit clients in care settings and at home when required.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years post‑qualification experience.
• Proven experience handling Court of Protection matters.
• General private client experience, including Court of Protection, is welcomed.
