Cover Primary Teacher (Short‑Term, Spring Term)

About the role

We are seeking a flexible and confident Cover Primary Teacher for a short‑term placement starting in September 2026. The role involves stepping into different classrooms across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in Hillingdon and delivering engaging lessons to maintain continuity of learning.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver well‑structured lessons across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 according to existing plans.
• Adapt quickly to varying class routines and student needs on a day‑to‑day or block basis.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment and follow school behaviour policies.
• Collaborate with school leaders and support staff to ensure seamless continuity of teaching.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
• Experience teaching in EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
• Strong classroom management and communication abilities.
• Reliability, enthusiasm and a commitment to high teaching standards.
