Cover Supervisor – Flexible School Cover in Tonbridge

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to step into secondary school classrooms across Tonbridge when teachers are absent. You will deliver pre‑planned lessons, keep pupils engaged and ensure a safe learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise classes across a range of year groups and subjects.
- Deliver lesson materials prepared by the regular teacher.
- Maintain classroom discipline in line with each school’s policies.
- Provide brief feedback to the school after each cover session.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and confidence managing groups of students.
- Positive, adaptable attitude with a willingness to work in different schools.
- Previous experience in education or youth settings is preferred but not essential.
