Cover Supervisor – Flexible Supply Teaching in Maidenhead

About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to provide flexible, short‑term teaching support across secondary schools in Maidenhead. This supply position allows you to choose the days you work while gaining experience across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver pre‑set work and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Keep students engaged, focused and motivated.
- Support pupils where needed and follow school policies.
- Adhere to safeguarding procedures and school guidelines.
- Provide clear feedback to teaching staff after each placement.
Required profile
- Recent UK classroom experience.
- Strong behaviour management and communication abilities.
- Willingness to hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
