Cover Supervisor – Flexible Supply Work in Tower Hamlets

About the role
Prospero Teaching is seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support a highly regarded secondary school in Tower Hamlets. You will step in during teacher absence, ensuring continuity of learning and a positive classroom atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise classes when the regular teacher is absent.
- Deliver pre‑set work and keep students actively engaged.
- Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Follow the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff after each session.
Required profile
- Passion for education and supporting young people.
- Minimum GCSE qualifications (or equivalent).
- Confident, reliable and professional approach.
- Previous experience with young people is desirable but not essential.
