About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support schools across Maidenhead on a flexible, supply basis. This role allows you to choose the days you work while gaining experience in secondary education.

Key responsibilities

Deliver pre‑set work and maintain a positive learning environment.
Keep students engaged, focused, and motivated.
Provide support to pupils where needed.
Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures.
Build confidence in varied classroom settings.
Give clear feedback to teaching staff.

Required profile

Recent UK classroom experience.
Strong behaviour management and communication abilities.
Willingness to obtain or hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
