Cover Supervisor for Secondary Schools (Kent & Medway)

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to deliver pre‑prepared lessons in secondary schools across Kent and Medway. This flexible, temporary position allows you to fit work around your lifestyle while gaining experience in a variety of school settings.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver pre‑planned lessons to classes on a day‑to‑day or longer‑term basis.
- Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.
- Support pupils’ learning and behaviour throughout the session.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity of teaching.
Required profile
- Some experience working with young people in education or youth‑focused settings.
- Strong classroom management and behaviour handling skills.
- Confidence in delivering pre‑prepared lesson material.
- Positive, reliable and proactive attitude.
