About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a prestigious all‑girls school in West London. The role starts in September and involves supporting pupils in the 6th Form study room, ensuring a productive learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the 6th Form study room and assist pupils with their learning.
- Maintain a high standard of pupil behaviour and keep students on task.
- Provide additional support to teachers and staff as required.
Required profile
- Bright, energetic individuals with experience in secondary schools or a degree and a genuine interest in working with young people.
- Willingness to develop a school‑based career, potentially leading to teaching.
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour and support learning.
