About the role

Reed is seeking Cover Supervisors who are ready to relocate to Kent and start work immediately or in September. The role supports secondary schools by providing classroom cover, ensuring continuity of learning and a stable environment for students.

Key responsibilities

Deliver lesson plans and activities left by the regular teacher.
Maintain classroom discipline and safety throughout the cover period.
Support pupils with learning tasks and monitor progress.
Communicate any issues or observations to the school leadership.
Adapt quickly to different school settings and subject areas.

Required profile

Aspiring teachers, NQT/ECT candidates, or experienced Cover Supervisors.
Willingness to relocate to Kent and work in secondary schools.
Ability to secure steady, long‑term or permanent cover assignments.
