Cover Supervisor – Secondary School (Huyton)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor to deliver pre‑planned lessons in a secondary school in Huyton. You will step in when teachers are absent, ensuring continuity of learning and a positive classroom atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise KS3 and KS4 classes using pre‑set work.
- Maintain consistent classroom behaviour and engagement.
- Follow school policies, report incidents accurately, and provide feedback to teaching staff.
- Support the wider school team as needed.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or within a secondary school.
- Strong behaviour management and classroom control.
- Confident, calm, and professional demeanor.
- Reliable, flexible, and committed to a full‑time schedule.
