Cover Supervisor – Secondary Schools (East London)

About the role
Prospero Teaching is seeking Cover Supervisors to step into secondary school classrooms across Redbridge and East London when teachers are absent. This flexible, temporary position allows you to gain experience in a supportive educational environment while helping students continue their learning.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise whole‑class lessons during teacher absence.
- Maintain a positive and orderly learning environment.
- Support pupils with set work and follow school policies.
- Report any concerns or incidents to the teaching staff promptly.
Required profile
- Passion for education and working with young people.
- Minimum GCSE qualifications.
- Reliable, professional and punctual.
- Previous classroom experience is desirable but not essential.

- Daily rate of £100‑£150.
