Cover Supervisor – Secondary Schools (HA3)

About the role

We are seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to work across secondary schools in the HA3 area. This temporary position offers the chance to step into a classroom, maintain a positive learning environment, and support teachers during absences without the need for lesson planning or marking.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise classes when the regular teacher is absent.
• Ensure pupils stay on task and complete the work set by the class teacher.
• Apply the school’s behaviour policies and manage classroom conduct.
• Deliver lesson materials provided by the teacher, without additional preparation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in teaching or classroom support is preferred.
• Strong behaviour management abilities.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Positive, flexible, and professional attitude.

What we offer

• Daily rate up to £110 (approximately £95‑£110 per day).
• Full‑day hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
