Cover Supervisor – Secondary Schools (Kent & Medway)

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Kent and Medway. This flexible, temporary position allows you to step into classrooms, deliver pre‑prepared lessons and support pupils while fitting around your own schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver pre‑planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Maintain a positive learning environment and manage pupil behaviour.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and year groups.
- Provide feedback to school staff on lesson delivery.
Required profile
- Some experience working with young people in education or youth‑focused settings.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management abilities.
- Confidence delivering pre‑prepared material.
- Positive, reliable and proactive attitude.
