Cover Supervisor – Secondary Schools (WD3)

About the role
We are seeking a reliable Cover Supervisor to step into secondary school classrooms across the WD3 area. This temporary position offers the chance to support students’ learning without the need for lesson planning or marking.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise classes during teacher absences.
- Ensure pupils stay on task and complete work set by the class teacher.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Follow provided lesson materials; no planning or marking required.
Required profile
- Previous teaching, tutoring or classroom experience.
- Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle, or residence within easy commuting distance of WD3.
- Right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
- Two professional references covering the last two years.
Required skills
What we offer
- Daily rate of approximately GBP115 (range GBP90‑GBP120).
- Full‑time hours, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
- Temporary contract with potential for long‑term opportunities.
