Cover Supervisor – Temporary (East London)

About the role
Prospero Teaching is looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to step into secondary school classrooms across Tower Hamlets and East London when teachers are absent. The position is flexible and can be taken on a full‑time or part‑time basis.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise classes during teacher absence.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Support students with set work and follow school policies.
- Report any issues to the teaching staff promptly.
Required profile
- Passion for education.
- Minimum GCSE qualifications.
- Reliable and professional attitude.
- Previous classroom experience desirable but not essential.
