About the role

This position focuses on engineering high‑performance, low‑latency systems that directly support algorithmic trading. You will work in a fast‑paced environment where clean, optimized code drives real‑world trading outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy C++ code for algorithmic trading platforms.
• Optimize latency‑critical components through low‑level programming, performance tuning, and efficient data handling.
• Maintain and improve tooling for automated testing, monitoring, and deployment on Linux.
• Collaborate with engineers and researchers to translate trading ideas into production‑grade software.
• Stay up‑to‑date with modern hardware, compiler behavior, and systems‑level development techniques.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics or Mathematics (minimum BSc) from a reputable university.
• Proven software engineering experience via professional roles, open‑source contributions or independent projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work constructively within a team.
