Creative Artworker - Packaging

About the role

We are partnering with a leading packaging and gifting solutions business to find a detail‑oriented Creative Artworker. Based in Romsey, you will translate approved design concepts into production‑ready artwork across a variety of packaging and product projects, working in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create, amend and prepare packaging and product artwork from approved designs.
• Produce accurate, print‑ready files that meet brand and production specifications.
• Develop layouts, cutter guides, mock‑ups and production files.
• Check artwork for copy, colour, dimensions and technical accuracy.
• Manage revisions and approval processes with internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with suppliers and printers to resolve technical queries.
• Maintain organised artwork libraries, brand assets and version‑control systems.
• Support artwork adaptations across multiple product ranges and contribute to process improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Creative or Packaging Artworker or in a similar role.
• Strong eye for typography, colour and brand consistency.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Solid understanding of packaging artwork and commercial print production.
• Experience preparing print‑ready files for commercial printing.
• File management and version‑control competence.
