Creative Buyer – Store Design & Consumables

About the role

Lush is seeking a Creative Buyer to source high‑quality construction and store‑design materials, consumables and goods for its Spa and Hair Lab categories. Working across design, shop planning, manufacturing and R&D teams, you will help deliver innovative, sustainable solutions while managing costs.

Key responsibilities

• Own commercial negotiations for your remit and research materials to improve environmental and social impact.
• Partner with internal teams (Design, Shop & Space Planning, Hair Lab, Spa, R&D & Manufacturing) and suppliers to deliver design solutions on time.
• Run cost comparisons and annual tenders to maintain competitive pricing and identify savings opportunities.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive supplier database, including backup suppliers and approved alternatives, to ensure business continuity.
• Support global teams with localized procurement while maintaining a consistent global approach.
• Monitor inventory and resource existing items as needed.

Required profile

• Strong communication, research and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven negotiation expertise and ability to manage business costs.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working across multiple internal departments.
