Creative Designer – Ferndown (up to £40k DOE)

About the role

We are partnering with a growing, design‑led business in Ferndown to find a Creative Designer who will shape product, branding and packaging concepts across a range of consumer categories. The role takes ideas from brief through to final artwork, delivering trend‑focused designs that meet commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Create product, branding and packaging concepts from brief to production.
• Develop artwork, style guides and presentation visuals.
• Research trends and competitor activity to inspire new designs.
• Manage artwork through approval and production processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative projects on time.

Required profile

• Experience in graphic design, branding, packaging or product design.
• Strong understanding of typography and print processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Commercial awareness and passion for trend‑led design.
