Creative Director – Beauty & Wellness

About the role

We are a fast‑moving beauty and wellness brand creator working with leading international retailers. As Creative Director you will own the creative conversation, shaping trend‑setting concepts that retailers want to buy.

• Develop a distinctive point of view on emerging beauty, wellness and cultural trends before they reach the mainstream.
• Create branding and product concepts that are inspiring, commercially viable and technically innovative.
• Build proactive design platforms and category propositions to present ready‑made ideas to buyers.
• Write compelling briefs, edit concepts ruthlessly and deliver persuasive presentations.
• Position the company as the go‑to creative partner for retailers, not just a supplier.
• Inspire and lead cross‑functional teams across product, design and sales.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience in creative leadership within beauty, wellness or related consumer goods.
• Demonstrated ability to spot future trends and translate them into market‑ready designs.

Required skills

• Strong visual aesthetic sense and trend‑forecasting capability.
• Ability to develop and articulate a clear creative vision.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.

What we offer

• Competitive salary £90,000‑£125,000 per year.
• Fractional full‑time schedule (3‑4 days per week) in central London.
