Creative Food & Events Manager

About the role

Vacherin, a boutique contract caterer in London, is looking for a Creative Food & Events Manager to lead the design and delivery of innovative culinary experiences at its Liverpool Street site. The role blends food, design and event activation to produce memorable moments for client employees.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute the internal events calendar, creating themed food activations in partnership with chefs and suppliers.
• Design and install visual décor, pop‑ups and seasonal takeovers, sourcing props and materials to transform spaces.
• Identify, negotiate and manage external vendors for on‑site pop‑ups and supplier collaborations.
• Support the delivery of both internal and external events, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
• Monitor performance through reporting and analysis, driving continuous improvement.
• Research emerging food trends, attend industry events and share insights with the culinary team.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, internal teams and the General Manager.

Required profile

• Passion for food and strong awareness of emerging trends.
• Confident communicator able to build relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Proactive, hands‑on creative thinker who can bring ideas to life.
• Adaptable and solutions‑focused in a fast‑paced environment.
