Creative Graduate Teaching Assistant (Unqualified)

About the role
We are partnering with a vibrant primary school in Wandsworth to welcome a Creative Graduate Teaching Assistant. This full‑time, term‑time position starts in September 2026 and runs for the academic year, supporting teachers across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
Key responsibilities
- Assist classroom teachers with daily lesson preparation and classroom management.
- Deliver 1:1 and group interventions for core subjects, especially English and Mathematics.
- Provide additional support for SEN pupils, including those with ASD, ADHD and dyslexia.
- Use creative outlets such as music, art and drama to enhance student engagement.
Required profile
- A passion for education and a drive to support young learners.
- Creative thinking and the ability to adapt activities to pupil needs.
- Hold a degree in a creative discipline (e.g., Music, Arts, Drama).
- Previous experience with children is desirable but not essential.
Required skills
- Creative and innovative mindset.
- Basic classroom organisation and safety awareness.
