Creative Lead

About the role

The Creative Lead will shape the creative direction for a portfolio of high‑profile clients, driving engaging content across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. This hands‑on position blends strategic thinking with day‑to‑day execution, ensuring creators receive fresh, data‑driven ideas that capture audience attention.

Key responsibilities

• Own the content ideas pipeline, delivering a steady flow of high‑performing concepts for top‑tier clients.
• Develop platform‑specific hooks, angles and narratives that align with each creator’s brand and audience.
• Lead, mentor and manage a small creative team of three assistants, assigning tasks, reviewing output and maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with editors, camera crews and production teams to translate ideas into polished, platform‑optimised videos.
• Oversee scripting, continuously refining frameworks and testing new formats to boost conversion.
• Research emerging trends, cultural moments and algorithm changes, adapting them into scalable content frameworks.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube content dynamics.
• Proven ability to generate large volumes of original, platform‑native ideas.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small creative team.
• Comfortable using AI tools for ideation, scripting or research.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working across creative and operational teams.
