Creative Producer

About the role

FussyHey is looking for a Creative Producer to lead the end‑to‑end production of photo and video content that supports both brand storytelling and performance marketing. Reporting to the Head of Creative, you will build the processes, studio workflow and traffic system needed to deliver high‑quality assets at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full production cycle of photo and video shoots, from pre‑production logistics to post‑production delivery.
• Develop and maintain a production schedule that aligns with Brand and Growth team needs.
• Manage all shoot logistics, including talent, locations, props, equipment and shot lists.
• Oversee shoots to ensure they stay on time and within budget, handling usage rights for talent and creators.
• Design and run the creative traffic process, routing briefs, tracking asset status and removing bottlenecks.
• Set up and maintain file management and Digital Asset Management systems.
• Ensure all assets meet brand and technical specifications for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other channels.
• Source, brief and manage freelance resources as required.
• Document SOPs for repeatable production workflows.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in production, studio management or creative operations.
• Proven track record of managing high‑volume content output in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong shoot production experience across both photo and video.
• Solid understanding of paid‑social asset requirements (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
• Exceptional organisational skills and a process‑builder mindset.
• Clear, confident communicator comfortable with multiple stakeholders.
