Creative Producer

About the role

As a Creative Producer at Hearst UK, you will design and deliver original video content for a portfolio of iconic brands such as Cosmopolitan, ELLE, Harper's Bazaar, Esquire, Men's Health and Good Housekeeping. You will work across the full production cycle, from ideation to post‑production, with a focus on audience‑first formats that thrive on YouTube and other digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original video concepts and repeatable formats driven by audience insight and cultural trends.
• Create treatments, pitch decks and production plans for new series.
• Produce shoots featuring celebrity talent, creators and experts, both on‑location and in‑studio.
• Collaborate with editorial teams to ensure each brand’s voice is maintained while optimizing for platform performance.
• Lead productions, manage schedules, contributors and creative execution.
• Write interview structures, games and challenges that generate engaging, shareable moments.
• Work closely with editors during post‑production to shape narrative, pacing, thumbnails and titles.
• Analyse performance data to refine formats and improve future content.
• Stay up‑to‑date with trends on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of how audiences consume video on YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Passion for creating entertainment‑led formats that attract repeat viewers.
• Ability to originate ideas, shape compelling formats and work confidently with celebrity talent.
• Experience managing the full production lifecycle from concept to post‑production.
• Data‑driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
