Creative Programmes Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Programmes Teacher to join a specialist post‑16 education provider. You will work with learners aged 16‑25, including those with SEND, delivering Level 2 and Level 3 creative qualifications in an inclusive, neuro‑affirming and trauma‑informed setting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess high‑quality creative programmes.
• Differentiate learning to meet a wide range of learner needs.
• Monitor progress, provide feedback and support SEND learners to achieve positive outcomes.
• Contribute to EHCP reviews, target setting and learner documentation.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents and carers.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
• Support educational visits, workshops and community partnerships.

Required profile

• Level 3 teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in Further Education and/or SEND environments.
• Experience delivering accredited creative qualifications.
• Understanding of inclusive teaching practices and SEND.
• Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) clearance.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.

What we offer

• Permanent, term‑time only contract (39 weeks).
• Full‑time schedule, 9 am‑5 pm, Monday‑Friday.
• Competitive salary range £35,835.62 – £43,135.47 per year.
