Creative & Social Coordinator (Fashion)

About the role

You will support the Men's Creative Lead by coordinating and delivering engaging creative content across Instagram and TikTok. Working closely with the art director and wider marketing team, you will manage the end‑to‑end process from concept to live publication, ensuring the brand’s voice stays fresh and on‑trend.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, film, shoot and edit weekly social content in line with the marketing calendar.
• Maintain a constant bank of original ideas and ensure all assets meet brand standards.
• Schedule and publish posts, write captions, and manage the daily running of Jaded’s TikTok and Instagram channels.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, liking posts and maintaining the brand tone of voice.
• Analyse performance data, produce weekly/monthly reports and use insights to improve future content.
• Organise the creative team’s Dropbox, update the campaigns section of the website and distribute final assets to graphics, e‑commerce and other teams.
• Conduct competitor and trend research, and support wider campaign concepts such as pop‑ups and collaborations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the fashion industry.
• A genuine passion for social media trends and a habit of staying online.
• Flexible, proactive and able to adapt to a fast‑moving, reactive content calendar.
• Excellent organisational skills with a track record of meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to represent the Jaded brand with external talent and partners.

Required skills

• Video editing (including TikTok‑style edits, iPhone footage, VHS and digital camera content).
• Photo editing.
