Creative Strategist

About the role

We are a fast‑growing performance marketing agency specialising in paid social for DTC and e‑commerce brands. We are looking for a Creative Strategist to own creative strategy across multiple client accounts and drive performance through data‑led creative.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑performing ad concepts, creative briefs and messaging angles for Meta and TikTok campaigns.
• Research competitors, market trends and best practices to inform creative direction.
• Analyse ad performance data to identify winning hooks, formats and messaging.
• Write compelling ad copy, headlines and calls‑to‑action.
• Review creative output for quality, brand consistency and platform compliance.
• Collaborate with media buyers, designers and content teams to align creative with campaign objectives.
• Manage the end‑to‑end creative workflow from concept through launch.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in creative strategy, paid social or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of direct‑response marketing and conversion‑focused creative.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads platforms.
• Excellent copywriting skills with a knack for scroll‑stopping hooks.
• Data‑driven mindset able to translate performance insights into creative decisions.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
