Creative Sync Executive - Production Music

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Creative Sync Executive to lead and expand relationships with key production music clients such as broadcasters, production companies, post‑production houses and music supervisors. The role involves delivering music searches, supervision, licensing and quotations while driving new business opportunities and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing client relationships and identify new business prospects.
• Conduct music searches, provide supervision, prepare licensing quotations and handle clearances.
• Increase music usage, licensing requests and revenue across the client portfolio.
• Meet client outreach KPIs through calls, meetings, emails and networking.
• Offer personalised support, including website demonstrations and catalogue guidance.
• Analyse client activity to uncover growth opportunities and support catalogue development.
• Attend client meetings and industry events, including occasional evening functions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a client‑facing account management role.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and commercially minded.
• Passionate about music with broad genre knowledge.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of MCPS licensing (desirable).
• Experience using CRM systems.
