Credit Administration Officer

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised Credit Administration Officer to join our Credit Administration team in Moorgate, London. The role supports the full lending lifecycle for real‑estate and SME banking products, working closely with internal teams, solicitors and valuers to ensure transactions are processed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare credit documentation (term sheets, facility letters, addendums) using in‑house templates and obtain fee quotations from panel valuers and solicitors.
• Coordinate solicitor and valuer appointments, review valuation reports and ensure all conditions precedent are satisfied before completion.
• Review title and valuation reports, identify risks, book loan limits and collateral, and manage the loan disbursement process.
• Obtain executed credit documents post‑completion, monitor security perfection, and maintain well‑organised credit files.
• Maintain lending pipeline databases, meet service level agreements, coordinate property revaluations and support credit administration projects, UAT and reporting.

Required profile

• Previous experience within credit administration, preferably with real‑estate lending and SME banking products.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with solicitors, valuers and internal stakeholders.
