Credit Control Administrator – Finance Team

About the role

We are looking for a Credit Control Administrator to join our finance team in Yeovil on a permanent basis. Working alongside experienced finance professionals, you will help ensure smooth finance operations by supporting colleagues and clients with invoicing and collections.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively chase outstanding invoices via email, letters and phone in line with internal processes.
• Issue and distribute invoices accurately on instruction.
• Collaborate with clients and internal departments to resolve queries and build positive relationships.
• Maintain accurate financial records and a clear history of collection activity.
• Assist in preparing reports for management, credit control meetings and legal proceedings.

Required profile

• Strong numeracy, IT administration and organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Professional, confident manner and excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office; accounting experience is a plus, training provided.
