About the role
We are seeking a Credit Control Team Leader to head our Credit Control department in Sale. This permanent, full‑time position offers hybrid working and a competitive bonus scheme.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the Credit Control team to exceed collection targets.
- Oversee proactive debt chasing via telephone and email.
- Monitor team performance, KPIs and produce regular reports.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage escalated queries and complex accounts.
- Identify and mitigate credit risk while ensuring policy compliance.
- Support continuous process improvements across the department.
Required profile
- Proven experience in Credit Control.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
