Credit Control Tutor & Assessor (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Credit Control Tutor and Assessor to deliver and assess apprenticeship programmes in credit control and collection. This is a remote, full‑time position on a three‑month fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities

• Teach and assess learners working towards Apprenticeships in Credit Control and Collection.
• Meet Assessor KPIs for timely visits, quality paperwork and administration.
• Deliver engaging, motivating sessions that develop learners' skills, knowledge and behaviours.
• Maintain accurate documentation of learner progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners, overcoming barriers to learning.
• Prepare learners for gateway assessments and successful EPA completion.

Required profile

• Recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA).
• Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET).
• Experience delivering apprenticeships, preferably in finance or business.
• Occupational experience in credit control, debt recovery or financial operations with an understanding of credit management.
• IT literacy.
