Credit Controller & Billings Controller

About the role

This position is responsible for end‑to‑end management of invoicing, collections and receivables across all entities of a dynamic international media and communications group. You will ensure accurate billing aligned with project delivery, support cash‑flow forecasting and drive process optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full invoicing cycle and maintain AR ageing reports.
• Proactively follow up overdue balances, resolve disputes and escalates credit issues.
• Align billing with project milestones, contracts and revenue‑recognition policies.
• Support weekly cash‑flow forecasting and working‑capital reporting.
• Collaborate with CFO, Financial Controller, Project Managers, Sales and Finance teams to ensure billing accuracy.
• Identify cash risks or opportunities and drive automation of AR and billing systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Credit Controller with strong billing exposure.
• Background in a project‑based business, preferably within media or publishing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage debtor relationships and improve working‑capital discipline.
• Strategic mindset for process improvement and cash‑conversion optimisation.
