Credit Controller – Customer Accounts & Collections

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join a global business travel company based in East Hampshire. The role involves managing customer accounts, collecting outstanding payments and supporting the finance team to maintain healthy cash flow.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and proactively collect overdue payments.
- Build strong relationships with clients to resolve queries and maintain account balances.
- Monitor aged debts, identify payment risks and allocate payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and prepare client statements.
- Collaborate closely with finance and operations teams to improve processes.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of credit control or debt collection experience.
- Proven ability to manage customer accounts and invoicing.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Effective communication skills.

- Financial systems
What we offer
- Salary up to £30,000 per year (full‑time) or £24,000 for a four‑day week.
