Credit Controller – Hybrid Working

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join a reputable company in Leatherhead on a permanent basis. The role combines office‑based work three days a week with the flexibility to work remotely on other days, offering a balanced hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers to chase outstanding debts and record all interactions.
• Reconcile accounts to ensure all invoices are processed correctly.
• Monitor credit‑stopped orders throughout the day and take appropriate action.
• Maintain and review credit limits to ensure they are set at the required level.
• Analyse customer payment patterns to identify potential cash‑flow issues.
• Log and resolve customer queries promptly.
• Process New Account Proposal Forms quickly and ensure timely credit decisions.
• Support ad‑hoc projects as requested by the Financial Controller.
