About the role
We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our fast‑paced finance team in Winsford. The role involves managing a portfolio of customer accounts and supporting cash‑flow targets.
Key responsibilities
- Chase outstanding payments via phone, email and other channels.
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and resolve payment queries.
- Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor aged debt and support cash‑flow targets.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve account issues.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a Credit Control role.
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and finance systems.
- A proactive approach and ability to manage workload effectively.
