About the role
We are seeking a Credit Controller to join our finance team in Trafford Park. The role is focused on managing outstanding debt and supporting the Financial Controller with timely reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Produce aged debt reports in collaboration with the Financial Controller.
- Contact clients by phone, email and post to resolve overdue invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of credit control activities.
- Assist in the preparation of regular cash flow updates.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months experience in a credit control or similar role.
- Strong telephone communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable using a traditional, “old‑school” approach combining phone, email and post.
