About the role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Credit Controller to join a well‑established business based in Liverpool City Centre on a part‑time, temporary basis.
It offers a competitive hourly rate for 24 hours of work per week over a six‑month contract.
Key responsibilities
- Chasing outstanding debt via telephone and email
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Resolving invoice and payment queries
- Allocating cash receipts
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Producing aged debt reports
- Supporting the finance team with general credit control duties
Required profile
- Previous Credit Control experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Good attention to detail
- Competent IT and finance systems skills
