Credit Controller – Temporary (Winchester)

About the role

The company in Winchester is looking for an experienced Credit Controller on a temporary basis until December 2026. You will join a collaborative finance team responsible for maintaining the accuracy of a high‑volume ledger and ensuring timely payments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage approximately 3,000 accounts, monitoring balances and payment schedules.
• Conduct telephone collections with a professional, customer‑focused approach.
• Resolve queries related to fees, instalment plans, disputes and payment options.
• Maintain accurate records and update the ledger to reflect payments and adjustments.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Credit Controller in a similar environment.
• Strong communication skills for handling sensitive conversations.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping a customer‑centric attitude.
