Credit Controller – Worthing

About the role

LRG is seeking a Credit Controller to join its fast‑growing Credit Control department in Worthing. Reporting to the Rent Arrears Manager, you will be responsible for the timely collection of rent and associated fees on behalf of the company’s clients.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers with arrears to arrange payment.
• Collect rent and fees across an assigned portfolio.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and payments.
• Work closely with the Rent Arrears Manager to monitor and report on collection performance.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and ambitious individual.
• Strong communication skills for dealing with customers in arrears.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
