Credit Hire Claims Handler

About the role
We are looking for a Credit Hire Claims Handler to join a fast‑growing fleet insurance business in Manchester City Centre. You will manage motor claims from inception to settlement, ensuring a high‑quality service for clients and supporting the company’s continued expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Handle motor claim cases proactively and efficiently.
- Deliver a first‑class service at every stage of the claim.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Review and adjust reserves appropriately and monitor inactive cases.
Required profile
- Prior experience as a Claims Handler with a solid understanding of the motor claims process.
- Experience with indemnity, third‑party capture or intervention is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Strong time‑management and organisational abilities.
- Adaptable, collaborative team player.
